Hold a "Failure Week."

We do not recognize, encourage or reward failure.  And failure is how we learn.

This is especially true for female students, who are far less likely to take risks and embrace failure.  Here's a story of a top girls' school that instituted a "Failure Week" to help girls take more risks and not feel bad about failure.
