Males and Females have different hard wired gender characteristics.
Even faculty exhibit these same characteristics as their students.
Males, for instance, learn just as much as females but they do 30% less work. Put another way, females do 30% more work than necessary.
In a recent LERN online class for higher education faculty, we had 4 unit quizzes. The female instructors took the 4 quizzes an average of 11 times. The male instructors took the 4 quizzes an average of 6 times.
The quizzes had a pass rate of 80% and they could be taken more than once. The women, even after reaching the 80% level, wanted to achieve perfection, just like their female students do, even though they did not learn more.
