AT&T takes a step backwards

Thanks to Jeff in Bay City, Michigan, for finding this:

"10,000 Telecommuters back on the road - AT&T and SBC contribute to global warming!!

via Freshly Hugged Stories by jlhgreen on 11/22/07

SBC and AT&T plan to force at least 10,000 workers back into their cars. The costs for fuel, pollution, and increased office space must be incredible. Even worse is the terrible example they are setting for other firms. A few years ago, my old employer used AT&T lines to support our telecommuting program. I will contact my friends in their IT department to encourage them to take their business elsewhere.

Let's shed some light on this act of corporate irresponsibility!!"

My name is David Litterello, I am an adjunct lecturer at Harford Community College. A few weeks ago, Mr. Draves presented a overview of the "Nine Shift" to some of the faculty. I was very impressed with the book and subsequently purchased the book. I would like to introduce the concepts to evening business class. Can I get access to the powerpoint material that Mr. Draves presented a few weeks ago?

Sincerely,
David Litterello
