I left the US in 2004 and have been living in England since then. In 2006 I enrolled in an international MBA program at the University of London and just completed it a few months ago.

What I thought you might find interesting was that I was invited to attend a lecture by prominent BBC4 business editor, Peter Day and afterward, I was one of two students invited to join the faculty for a private dinner with him. During his speech though, he referenced you. It was quite flattering and I believe he had come out to WI to meet with you. Anyway, as I sat there, I was quite surprised myself to hear your quotes and references. As the only American in the program, I think I caused them to consider the possibility that "we all know each other" out here in the colonies, when I told him at dinner that I knew you and the work you were doing!

While I'm still commuting back and forth to London a bit, my US home is now Mequon, WI (just north of Milwaukee) - not too far from where you are I believe. So I hope you are well and appreciate that your message is finding its way to some interesting corners of the globe!
