This is refreshing news! Here in Michigan (just over the bridge from Ontario), we have the same problem. We keep hearing "There's no jobs." However, there ARE jobs. You have to be a skilled knowledge worker, though. Even the positions that are in factories are in occupations like chemical processing. It takes some schooling to qualify for that. It'll be nice when that concept sinks in completely!
