The Brain Gain

There is a move within the U.S. of talent moving.

We have been talking about the Brain Drain of talent moving out of America.
But there is also a move of talent moving from Industrial Age areas to Knowledge Society cities.

I live in an Industrial Age area. Our son moved to Portland, Oregon, a knowledge city.
This week our next door neighbor, a local female attorney, moved to Boston, another knowledge city.
