Maybe you will be interested in some other items from the list of activities that lake associations may take on.

*Operating a dam.   (Don't need that.)

*Arrange for aquatic plant removal.  (Don't need that.)

*Buy and operate an aquatic plant harvester.  (Don't need that.)

*Install and operate an aerator.   (Are you feeling grateful to Carlin Lake yet?)

 

And, a couple of others:

*Maintain lake access  (Thanks to the work of our boat landing group!)

*Evolve a long-range lake management plan  (Thanks to Bob and Judy for their work with and communication from the PI Town Lakes Committee.)

 

And, finally, "Balance the needs of today's lake community with the possibilities of future users."       A goal for us to keep working on, I think we all will agree!
