Two to four inches of lake-effect snow is predicted for tonight and tomorrow. That has to be a trick, because it certainly is not a treat! Halloween seems way too early for measurable snowfall.
If you are looking for a "treat" this weekend, the PI Lioness are sponsoring their annual "Christmas in November" craft fair and luncheon on Saturday, November 2nd, from 10:00 am till 3:00. Stop in for homemade soups and desserts for lunchtime, and do some of your Christmas shopping too.
Danny reports that a "tricky" coyote came sniffing into their yard this morning, chasing away the resident deer waiting for their breakfast. He tells me that the coyote was so dark that it was hard to see in the early morning light.
Early morning light? We are ready for some. The trade-off, of course, is darker evenings, as we say good-bye to daylight time for this year.
Happy Halloween! Stay safe, have fun, and eat some chocolate!
