Responsibilities of citizenship

 

Actually, there are very few responsibilities for citizenship at Carlin Lake----just be a good sport and enjoy yourself!  

But, this time of year, there are couple of things you need to attend to.   So, here's a reminder, if you haven't done this already.

 

1) To continue to belong to the prestigious Carlin Lake Association, you need to get a check for $25 to Treasurer Barbie LaPean for calendar year 2017.   You can mail the check, made out to CLA, to Barbie at CLA, PO Box 114, Presque Isle, or bring your check along to the holiday party at Riders on December 31st.

2) And, if you look forward to using your boat on the lake this summer, you also want to be in good standing with the Carlin Lake Landing Group.   This calls for another check for $25, this time made out to CLLG, and mailed to Jim Stocker at CLLG, PO Box 88, Presque Isle.   Jim also will be happy to accept your check at the holiday party.  

 

Both Barbie and Jim do lots for us, to make the CLA function.   Help them out, and don't make either of them chase you down for the necessary check.
