If you are keeping track, yes, we had another lovely snow day on Thursday, with probably another 6 inches of new snow. So, if we already had 25 inches, plus that six, plus at least one new inch today (Saturday), that comes out to 32 inches of snow on the ground. If you think my estimates are too high or too low, please comment below.
Today in Presque Isle, the conversation was that town crews have been working very long days and already don't have places to move excess snow from roadsides and intersections.
But everything is very beautiful. You can see here how the snow cover makes even our funny little Christmas tree look good!
