Seat Males Upfront

Females have superior hearing ability than males.
So your male students will benefit by being seated upfront.

Move male students from the back of the room to chairs and desks closer to the front.
Rotate students if others want to be seated upfront as well.

Female students perform just as well when seated in the back. Males perform less well when seated in the back.
