1.To email
and call persons with LERN member organizations (colleges, universities,
schools, associations) and recruit them to become UGotClass Partners (promoting
UGotClass courses).
2.To email
and call UGC Partners and get them to choose which UGC courses they wish to
promote.
3.To email
and call UGC Partners and invite them to have LERN set up web pages for them to
promote UGC courses.
4.To email
and call UGC Partners and encourage them to promote UGC courses in their
printed brochures.
5.To set up
UGC web pages for Partners (no technical experience necessary, you will be
trained how to do this).
6.To check
Partner web sites, and if possible Partner brochures, and see if UGC courses
are listed and prominent and have web pages.
7.To respond
to individual inquiries from LERN member organizations and other organizations
about being a UGC Partner, and to do three follow ups with each inquiry within
30 days after the inquiry: phone call, email, and written letter.
8.Conduct
monthly demonstration webinars for those interested in becoming Partners.
9.To be
available to travel and exhibit UGC at 3-4 conferences a year. One of the
conferences is the LERN annual conference, this year in Chicago November 3-8,
2010.
10.To send
out Partner email promotions (no technical knowledge necessary, you will be
trained how to do this).
11.To
coordinate the production of a 16 page UGC brochure several times a year.
12.To recruit
and collect testimonials from UGC students.
13.To
recruit and collect testimonials from UGC Partners.
14.To write
and mail a monthly UGC newsletter.
15.To write
and email twice a month each current Partner.
16.To
coordinate sending of email promotions to LERN members regarding UGC four times
a year.
17.To
coordinate printing and mailing of a UGC promotional mailer twice a year.
18.To post a
new entry on the UGC blog once a week.
19.To work
with LERN staff to coordinate webinars for existing UGC Partners.
20.Other
duties as assigned.
